Create items' labels with Inter-Arrival Time

I want to add a label to all flow items that come out of the source. With Arrival Schedule and Arrival Sequence this option does appear, but with Inter-Arrival Time you cannot create labels in the source menu. How can I create a label for each item using code? Thanks

@Carlos F You can use the trigger option in the source to create a label on the item you created. It would be an easy choice for you.
