cpdistance function returns a large number

Hello everyone,
I am trying to see which is the next control point the AGV has to go through, however I was trying to use cpdistance, but sometimes it returns a large value while it is possible to go to that Control Point from the origin Control Point. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Is this an error of FlexSim? Or maybe I am wrong with something?
