could not return license due to computer hardware malfunction

Our computer with flexsim was malfunction and could not startup to return the license. The version is ent 7.3 and the activation ID is gi_de.com02-xxxxxx . Can you help to return it please? Thanks for your help

Your activation id should not be made public in this forum. So I have deleted partially.

You can recover your license again. You need to contact to your country distributor.
