Connection issue between activities in ProcessFlow

[ FlexSim 22.0.16 ]

Hi,

It often happens that the connection between activities is different from what it looks like.
In the following model, the connector looks like it goes from "Custom Code" to "Delay", but when I check the properties, it goes from "Assign Labels" to "Delay".
Running this model will stop the token on "Custom Code".

This behavior is different from what you would expect from the appearance of the connector, or what you would expect from the properties screen display.

This happens often, but I don't know how to reproduce it.
I can work around this by reconnecting the connector, but is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?
Also, will this issue be fixed?

Thanks in advance.

Hi.

I encountered the same phenomenon.

In this case, the red connector in the picture below appears to connect the "Decide" activity to the "Pull from List" activity, but when we check the properties, the connection is to the "Create TS" activity.

Any steps to repeat it would be helpful so that we can try it in the latest version. Then any fix that might come out would unfortunately be in a later version than 22.0.16.

Just to add another voice. This happens from time to time for me as well. There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason for it and the only way I can find that it happens is unexepected errors pop up and I now know (from experience) that one thing to try is re-drawing the arrows.

Thank you for your information. This also happens with FlexSim 2023.0.0. Will the issue be fixed in 2023.0.x?

Hi @Shinya O! Although I'm sure the dev team will look at the issue, they can't make promise that an issue will be fixed by a certain time! Additionally it's difficult to fix an issue that's not consistently repeatable. If you would like to submit a bug report yourself take a look at this post.

Thank you for your reply. I will work around it by reconnecting until it is fixed.
