It seems that conditional rule is unavailable on One-Way divider. Is there a way to set conditional rule for One-Way divider?

Hey @Meng,Li, when you click on a Divider, in the Properties panel, click on the Edit Button like so.

A window will pop up like this.

Here you can add your rules. Once you've added your rule, hit Apply and Ok. Then reset your model. The rule should appear in the dropdown for the divider.

Hi @Meng,Li,

It's hard to know how to help without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.

You can upload your models or other files by appending ".jpg" to the filename. Files ending in .jpg are not effected by the bug. You can also upload your model and other files to FlexSim's file share site. Include the file name in your question so that we know which upload to reference.

Proprietary models can be posted as a private question visible only to FlexSim U.S. support staff. You can also contact your local FlexSim distributor for phone or email help.

Is your Task Executer connected to the AStar network? If it is not, then it will ignore dividers and barriers.

@Meng,Li Conditional Rules do work with one way dividers. Here's an example with a conditional rule of traveler.Type == 1. The first person is Type 1 and so has to walk around the divider when going to the processor. The second person is Type 2 and can walk through the divider both ways.

In your model, the direction of the divider is from Processor1 to Queue1. Then i need to set conditional rule for preventing the first person from passing the divider after working at processor1.(For example, there is a supermarket entrance which can only allow healthy people enter, and exit is somewhere else)

One way you could organize it is to set up the entrances to only allow Task Executers that are not done. Then set each one to allow either healthy or sick people.

Here's what it looks like running.

@Meng,Li You can change the way the divider blocks by switching the order of the points in the divider.
