HRESULT: 0x80070422.

¿Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

If none of the suggestions from the article linked by @Sebastián Cañas worked for you, I think the likely reason is in your error message, here:

processorArchitecture="x86"

It looks like you are running a 32-bit computer system. Modern versions of FlexSim (such as the 21.2.4 version you indicated in your question) are 64-bit only (read the announcement), and so require both a 64-bit CPU and Windows operating system.

In order to use FlexSim on a 32-bit system, you'll need to download an older version of FlexSim (20.2 and older). Only licensed accounts have access to older versions.
