Cómo situar los elementos al entrar en el procesador

Me Gustaria Que El palé se situase al inicio del Procesador, en Lugar del centro, Nada más Dejarlo el transportador.

también me gustaría realizar una ruta a los transportadores, de manera que en un tramo horario suministre a unos procesadores y en otro a otros.

One thing that you can do is create a queue before each processor and connect it to the palets de campo. Set the max quantity to 1 and then turn the queue invisible. This will make it appear as if the pallet was dropped off at the linea.

Take a look at Time Tables to see how you can add processors to a time table that you are trying to do.

La razón por la que no añado una cola es porque tengo una limitación de 100 objetos y entonces me faltaría para terminar mi proyecto. ¿no se puede hacer de otra forma?

En relación a los tiempos, me interesa más enviar un transportador a cada procesador o cola según una hora determinada.

I found a better way of changing the drop off location. Double click on the processor and select the Trigger tab. Click on the green plus and select "Place Offset" and because of your stretched out processor type 10 in for the Y offset or change the number till it looks correct to you.

Although I have not used it before you can try double clicking on the Queue, then click on the Flow tab. Then to the right of send to port click on the drop down arrow and select By Time of Day. This might be used for distributing to specific conveyors at a time of day.

Muchas gracias, me ha sido de gran ayuda para conseguir que el transportador quede al inicio y además he añadido que se sitúen las cajas al entrar también al inicio.

En cuanto a la distribución por horas de los transportadores no puedo hacerlo modificando la cola en el flujo, porque elijo un flujo determinado por poncentajes. ¿se puede hacer de otra forma? O con algún dispacher? También he probado con la tabla de tiempo por ejemplo el torillo 2 pero no me funciona.

Por otro lado, me gustaría saber si es posible que una vez que el transportador llega al destino (cola azul),si puede volver al inicio de la ruta(flejadora 1, procesador), aunque no tenga variables que recoger.layout.fsm

Hi Beatriz,

in the attached model you can see how to adjust the destination by time of the day. Boxes will be taken to one of the processors from 8 to 20hrs and from 20 to 8 to the other one. This is done in the flow tab of the queue. I have also added a trigger on the forklift ("onUnload") to make it travel back to the queue after unloading even if there is no work waiting.

he acoplado el disparador a mi modelo y me funciona perfectamente, muchas gracias.

En cuanto a, modificar la cola me parece muy buena idea pero no se como podría combinarlo con enviar según porcentaje a cada procesador. por ejemplo necesitaría enviar 15% desde las 8 a las 16 al procesador 1, un 80% desde las 16:00 hasta las 20:00 y un 5% desde las 20:00 hasta las 22:00.
