Combining models into single model

[ FlexSim 21.2.4 ]

I have a few walls that I want to combine into a single model object so that I can rotate it and position it without having to move each part individually. Thoughts?

Are they FlexSim Wall objects - from the Visual section:

Is it just the walls? (If so I will dig out a script that can write the definitions to a table and recreate them in one model).

The original model was a cube but i upload a glass wall visual. That may mess with it though

That sounds like it could be a task for an external CAD/modelling tool.

However if it's just to move as a group and rotate then you can add them to a visual tool or add them as drawsurrogate objects.

Unfortunately that's what I was thinking as well. I can select numerous parts using ctrl and then clicking each part, but unable to rotate together.

In the animation editor try adding them as drawsurrogate objects - it might be good enough depending on how you want to manipulate it afterwards.

@bcallaghan If you can use 23 update 2, USD object will be likely to be a solution.
