Changeover (setup) times different for each type of item

Hello,

I would like to add different changeover times for each type of item but just for the first product of each one.

I would like also to have a changeover time in the first processed product when I start running the model. I would like all processor doing their changeover just when the model starts.

The last thing I would like to add is that I would want processors to start with their changeover times when they process the last product of a type, but not when they receive the first product of the new item. This last part it is a bit complicated because I am doing a kind of re-work. I attach below my model.

Hi @jason.lightfoot, I have received in my mail the comment @Jörg Vogel did yesterday but I cannot see it here. I agree with him and I am sorry if I have not followed strictly the rules of this forum. I'm less worried about obeying the rules of the forum than I am about making sure everyone gets the help they need while not causing duplicated effort - the rules in my view are there to promote those goals. Your other thread has later correspondance than this one which looked relatively dormant so it seemed sensible to close this one.

I feel I'm missing something though, as I don't know why the answers and comment need deleting before it is closed.
