Change No Select/Protected flag all at once

Is there a way for all the selected 3d object to change No Select/Protected flag all at once?

If you right click on a selected object in the 3D view, you can toggle Protected or set No Select and it will apply to all the selected objects. This won't really help for turning off No Select though (since you can't right click on one of the objects).

In tree view you are still able to use this toggle mechanism.
