Change color from State Gantt color properties.

I'd like to use change color for gantt chart, but the color turned to original after clicking reset. Am I missing some steps?

Uncheck the "Adjust colors based on State Table" option the chart's properties. This option causes "unutilized" states to be colored semi-transparent.
