Cant see the model background after opening a saved .fsm model

I have tried this for a while now, i have worked on a model and saved it as .fsm model. When I try to open this model the 3D models appear where in the background doesn't show up on the screen. The background option in toolbox shows the background is on, but nothing on the screen.

There could be a number of issues. If you attach your model we may be able to help you more specifically, but here are some suggestions:

FlexSim requires fairly modern 3D graphics hardware for best performance, so check your hardware. If your hardware meets the spec, you may want to try updating your graphics driver. Get the latest driver directly from the chip manufacturer (Nvidia, AMD, Intel) or your system manufacturer (Lenovo, HP, etc). the drivers loaded via Windows Update are never the latest versions. Check out this and other graphics suggestions you should try to improve compatibility in our common graphics issues article.

There is also a chance that your imported CAD drawing is displaying fine, but it is one or more of:

• scaled super small
• scaled way too large
• somewhere far from the center of your grid
