Can Version2018.2 export table to Excel2007?

I export a global table to excel2007,but a mistake appear.

Is it because the FlexSim2018.2 doesn't support excel2007 or I made other mistake?

Someone had a similar issue, try reinstalling flexsim, and if that doesn't work try reinstalling excel. Let us know if either of those issues work, sometimes that can be a registry issue. If not we can look into it some more.
