Can't start copied FlexSim for module sdk

Hello,

I copy the FlexSim 20.1.2 to somewhere else. Without any modification, the copied FlexSim can't start with an empty message box.

Do I miss something here?

I can't replicate your issue. It seems to work fine to me:

We need more information about what might be going wrong. I've never heard of an issue with FlexSim displaying an empty message box when you open it.

Turns out there are Chinese characters in the folder path causing this issue.
