buffer in process flow

How do I create a buffer of any size in the middle of tasks at time zero, do I use a create tokens, what does it have to be connected to ?

Where are you trying to create the tokens? Do you want the buffer to act like a delay?

@yoni A This confused me in the beginning also but in effect most activities in process flow are buffers. For instance if you have a queue in 3D waiting for processor capacity, in process flow your tokens are waiting in a acquiring resource or in a pull from list. So these activities in itself are already buffers.

imagine that you have a machine (delay activity), at time zero there are 3 units in process before the machine, I want to load 1 unit of WIP at time zero so the subsequent steps can continue. this is similar to what you do in the 3d model with triggers create items and send message on reset @Tanner P
