[ FlexSim 23.0.9 ]

Hi,

Please check the attached file.

Broken process flow.fsm

Even if the simulation is executed and the simulation is reset after unloading, the token remains in the unload.

If you close the process flow in this state, an error message will be displayed.

Furthermore, when I try to access the process flow from the toolbar, I get an error message and the process flow is blank.

The cause seems to occur when the item is set to current when unloading. The version we are using is 2023.0.9, but we have confirmed that it is also reproduced in the latest version 2023.1.3 at the moment.

In your unload you're moving the process flow to the processor - since this is a general process flow, current is the process flow, not an item you can move.

@Jason Lightfoot ,

The problem is that the process flow is broken and cannot be opened, and the contents of the process flow are all lost.

Since the above problem occurs due to an operation mistake, I would like you to prevent this problem from occurring in future versions.

It's not broken - it's in the Processor:

And then when you press reset of course it gets deleted like all processor content.

Users can just go to the previous save and make the correction.

I've long been asking for a safe mode where there are more checks and every error is 'caught' and reported safely - then once fully debugged the mode (and it's performance penalty) could be turned off. If you like this idea then suggest it on the forum or email the dev team.

@Jason Lightfoot ,

it's not. We're talking about the post-reset story.

Thank you.

This can be solved using a previous version of the model and through better training, but perhaps there could be an warning icon displayed in some fields that evaluate to the process flow. I will send a note into the developers for their consideration.
