Blocked time due to Control Area

My intend is to somehow quantify the wait time that all of my task executers in the AGV network experience due to a specific control area. I am using a statistics collector to track blocked time for each task executer and a state graph to look at each task executer's performance, but I want to be able to point out areas with high congestion. Any ideas on how I can do this quantitatively?

I did not attach my model because it is topo heavy, but I used AGV paths. traffic controls to assign tasks to task executers, and control points along with control areas to determine where the AGVs can travel.

There are some events that may help you - OnAGVAccumulationStop.Resume and OnAGVAllocationFail. You could record these and filter out normal operation to give you an idea of congestion and record the AGV location when the events occur.
