Billboard Reads the Process Flow Label Value

How can I create a billboard that reads a label value from a Process Flow and updates automatically? I tried saving the label value on a 3D object and pointing the billboard to it, but the text doesn’t refresh.

What exactly do you mean by "label value from a Process Flow"? A label of a token, a label of the Process Flow itself or a variable?

yes, a label on a token.

I can't say why your method didn't work (would need to see the model for that). But you could also write a reference to the token from which you want to read the label to the text object after the model starts.

Let's say a token is assigned two labels: 'Day' (a string) and 'Batch' (a number). The billboard should update automatically once both labels are assigned to the token. I'm attaching the updated example here. How can the billboard get updated based on the label on the token here?

The billboard updates its text every time a new frame is drawn (by executing the code in the Text Display field). Showing the token is just a matter of giving the text object a way to refer to the token (by writing the reference to a pointer label in the Process Flow) and knowing what labels should be read from the token.
