Best way to simulate worker shifts?

I am simulating and Emergency Department with 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts. Is the best way to simulate this two have two separate staff groups for day and night with an availability time table? How do I make the off the clock shift leave the visual simulation space as to not clutter the simulation?

In the down behaviours you can speficy a location the staff should move to during the break/shift.
