I would start by setting a label called "Type" based on a percentage. The bernoulli distribution is a good one to use when you only have a choice between two values based on a percentage. Then I would change the color based on the label. Here is a screen shot of how I did that:

Next you need to change the Send To Port requirement so that it uses the type label.
