Array size not working while pushing values to List?

Hi Team,

I want to create copy of staff members in list using array size. But is is only pushing 1 values with respect to each member irrespective of array size. I have seen similar approach to push values on list. But it is not working in my case. I am not able to identify what is going wrong here.

You have 'Unique Values Only' set on the list properties.
