Area restriction based on availability of processor and Item Exit zone

Hello

I am trying to restrict the number of items going into my spur conveyor using Enter restricted area / Exit Restricted area and photo eyes.

My logic and usage of the photo eyes with the Enter/Exit or Acquire/Release restricted area seems to be working.

The problem is when my Items ( 9 types or n types ) come to the decision point how do I send it to the available spur if the processor has finished processing and both the feed in and return has pushed my previous object back to the main line.

I am using round robin to send the items to the DP , I know we can use process flow to probably do this but I have to admit I am not that comfortable with process flow to do this logic.

But I gave it an attempt but not sure if I can proceed any further.

Can some one help with the logic and show me how a process flow would be done for this and would be linked to the 3D items.

It will be a great starting point for me to develop my model.
