A idéia é montar um transelevador com carro satélite, como eu faço para que o transportador insira a caixa em um canal aleatório e retire outra de outro canal. Qnando eu insiro um Queue para retirar a caixa dá um erro "time: 390.698139 exception: FlexScript exception: Array index out of bounds at MODEL:/DriveInRack1>variables/transportdispatcher"

There seems to be a bug with your storage rack, I simply removed it and placed another one, made the connections, and the flow worked fine. I recommend you do the same, delete the Drive in Rack, place another one on its place, make the connections and you should be good to go.
