Airport runway issue

Hello !

I have an issue to simulate .

I am trying to simulate an airport that has only one runway.

I have flight schedule that fly from 4 other airports,and land in this airport in given schedule.

In this Airport also has flight schedule that fly to 4 another airports in given schedule .

The object of this simulation is to visual that when it has very busy schedule ,a single runway is not enough since a runway allows only one airplan landing or running.

I would like to know the concept how to put and set the objects to be able simulate the issue as I need.

The airfield with the runway consists of a single processor or more processors. Planes are items. Outgoing planes are stored in a rack. The dwell time of the rack is the stay time of the plane at the gate. Incoming planes are stored in a queue. A scheduled source feeds the queue of the airspace. You have resources that assists the items at the processor. That is an abstract model. You can enhance and replace the basic structure objects with more objects and give them locations to increase the realistic visual look, but that isn’t necessary to get simulation results.

I have arrivals time of Incoming ,and departures time of outgoing airplanes as in arrival-and-departure-time.xlsx .So to set the schedule following this How can i set in Source of Incoming plan? How about setting the schedule in outgoing airplanes?

I am out here at the moment, perhaps someone of the development will give you some hints on an subject that is increasing from one answer to the other. The only logical right answer is here, please look into the manual and learn to build models with a process flow logic. This sounds like either a consulting opportunity or a class assignment. The purpose of this forum, however, is to answer specific simulation questions. It is unlikely that someone on the forum will build a model for you. That said, you are welcome to build a model and work until you get stuck, then ask specific questions about that model. Feel free to comment back or post a new question once you have a model. You can work with the ideas from @Jörg Vogel.
