AGVs are not loading items from fromQ1 even though push/pull lists and labels seem correct

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my AGV model and I’d really appreciate your help.

In my model, red and blue boxes are accumulated in fromQ1, while pink, yellow, and green boxes are accumulated in fromQ2.

The items are created through Process Flow by reading data from a Global Table. After that, tokens are created, labels are generated, and the labels are assigned to the items.

The intended destinations are as follows:

Source | Items should be transported to
fromQ1 | Queue1, Queue2, Queue6, Queue7
fromQ2 | Queue3, Queue4, Queue5, Queue8, Queue9, Queue10

I implemented this using a push/pull method: items are pushed from the fromQ objects, and each destination queue pulls the corresponding items from the list.

However, as shown in the screenshot, both AGVs do not load the boxes from fromQ1. The items in fromQ1 just stay there and are never picked up.

I have already checked everything I could think of, including:

the push/pull lists
item labels
label assignment
AGV positions
list query settings
whether the items are actually being pushed to the list

But I still can’t figure out what is causing the problem.

I’ve attached the model file. Could someone please take a look and let me know what might be wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

The AGVs reach fromQ2 first in the NextWorkPoint loop. As there are always items waiting there, they pick them up and travel past fromQ1 while already loaded. If you want to keep using the AGV Process Flow template, you can create a "WorkForwarding" connection from the CP at fromQ1 to the CP connected to fromQ2. This will make the transport tasks for items in fromQ1 available at fromQ2, so the AGVs can 'see' all available work at one location.

The transport tasks could also be implemented with the standard 3d logic (passing the task sequences to a dispatcher which then passes them on to the closest task executer).
