AGV won’t finish the travel task

[ FlexSim 22.0.1 ]

Hi,

We have found an issue in the AGV network. When we have checked the option Divide by Speed (in the route cost option) the AGV won’t arrive at any control point when it is loaded:

To create this situation, we needed the AGV the have loaded an item and different speeds for loaded vs unloaded. Why does the AGV no longer arrive at the location?

Thank you in advance

Patrick

Hello @Patrick Zweekhorst , I opened your representative model of the situation. I ran it and the AGV arrives at the ControlPoint (ControlPoint3), loads a box and goes to the last ControlPoint (ControlPoint2) of the route.

I tried changing the speed from 1.5 to 3, it actually follows one of the routes that you have represented. The model complies with the movements indicated in ProcessFlow.

Can you send a GIF of what is happening to you?

The process flow token does not complete the travel task and the task executer is still actively travelling with an incomplete active task sequence. I've marked this for further investigation and suggested the developers take a look. The code is within the AGV module dll.

This seems like a bug to me. I played with it a little more, and it seems like the problem occurs if the "divide by speed" box is checked, and if the loaded speed is different from the empty speed. I'll add it to the dev list.

The behavior in 23.0.6 is now correct, but not in 22.0.15.
