AGV not going to parking position

Hello,

I have a quick question. I built a tugger train based on the AGV Advanced Process Flow. It works, but the AGV never goes to the parking spot.

I noticed one backorder in the Worklist, which I think might be the cause. When I delete it, the AGV doesn't move at all.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thanks!

The operator is a subnode of the AGV which prevents it from parking due to the condition in the "Should I park" Decide. Change the condition so the subnodes only need to be smaller than 2 (or handle the operator differently, for example by moving it into a subcomponent of the AGV that you add in the animation editor).

Oh, thank you very much! I followed the green dot in the Process Flow and focused on the "Is there a Parking Spot?" list, so I was quite confused. Now I understand.

One more question about the same simulation model. I have an operator who travels with a TaskExecuter. When it reaches the unloading point, the operator walks through the trolleys. I thought I could manage this using an A connection, but when I connect the operator, he doesn't sit on the AGV properly and appears a little away from it. I also create the trolleys in Process Flow, so that might be a problem because it's not easy to add them to an A connection.

Any ideas how to make operator not walk through trolleys?

No solution that would allow this for dynamic objects like the trolleys. My tip would be to not worry about minor visual issues. What's important for the simulation is that the time it takes the operator to load/unload an item is realistic. And even there you need to make compromises as a simulation can never 100% predict how a human would act.

Right. I think I was too focused on the visual aspects.
