AGV Issue

Hi,

My AGV is not placing the pallets correctly on top of the conveyor. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?

It looks like the pallet is still inside the Entry Transfer (centered on it's location). I guess the conveyor's Entry Spacing setting is preventing the pallet from entering the conveyor. It should move to the middle of the conveyor when it does enter.

You can also check "Hold Transports if Space is Blocked" on the Entry Transfer. This will prevent the Entry Transfer from accepting items if there is no space. You then also have to set the "Max Transports In" to a value above 0 so the transport task is still dispatched.

After applying your suggestion, the AGV stops right in front of the conveyor.

Well, that is the point. It's waiting for the conveyor to clear. What would you want to have happen in this situation instead?

Go to the next conveyor and only come back when the conveyor needs a new pallet.

Then set the "Max Transports In" back to 0. Then no item will be received/transported while the conveyor doesn't have space.
