Hello.

My problem is that suddenly AGV keeps moving after AGV derailed on the AGV path.

I've never seen such a problem before.

And I have one more question.

I'm controlling AGV using home control points, but I'd like to proceed with path optimization a little more. Please evaluate whether my path is okay

It looks like there's an issue in having multiple paths terminating at the same exact point and that point being an intersection. If you move the curved path ends a small distance away from the intersection it seems to solve the issue (as shown below for one junction).
