Hi!
Run the simulation. Up until 8:25 AM, everything was fine. (You can run it through to see how it usually picks up the cases to the pallet)

After 8:27 AM - the robot's arm stopped at the pink cases, not taking the brown cases even though they have fulfilled the criteria (two brown boxes on the infeed to be picked up).

Can someone help?
Anyone's answers would be appreciated as it's quite urgent - but @jason.lightfoot is most familiar with this simulation.

Your stations under the pallets have a process time of 10 minutes and are set to always process

I also see that the capacities of all the pallets in that area is 48 - I thought they were meant to be different for each item type. To do this just change the 'capacity' label on each pallet source.
