Accessing the token Information from the List

Hello Team,

I am building a simulation model; there are no 3D objects, just process flow. First I am pushing tokens in the list with all the label values, afterward on push I am creating a tokens using event trigger source, but I am unable to access the label values exists in the list at the token.

Could you please help me?
