About the Video Recorder function

[ FlexSim 17.1.2 ]

I have downloaded the Flexsim 2017 yesterday and I couldn't find the Video Recorder in Toolbars as mentioned in User Manual. DPI was set up in 100%. I don't know what FFmpeg is, so although I tried downloading it but I still have nothing to do with it. Nevertheless, "model tree" also doesn't work properly.

Please someone help me!

Those function can not be used in express version. It can only be used in Educational or Enterprise Version.
