[ FlexSim 18.2.3 ]

How can I modify this data to use it with FlexSim 2021?

The attached data is sample data of the optimizer created by FlexSim 2018.2.

However, it can only be used with older versions of FlexSim.

I would like to use this data with FlexSim 2021.

Hello anonymous user,

I simply opened your file using the most recent version of FlexSim, and I appear to be able to access the optimizer data you were talking about. See image below: screenshot-2021-09-27-171329.png

Is this what you were looking for? I hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions!

Despite running the same data

In my FlexSim 21.0.3 I get the error for this image.

Is there something wrong with the settings?

When I open the model in 21.0 the fourth row of the "Input" table is not correctly migrated to the new parameters table. If I switch it from "Option" to "Integer", with lower and upper bound set to 1 and 2 respectively, the error does not appear anymore.

This is exactly what I wanted to know.

I am surprised that the solution was very smooth.

I see this description on the system console, is that okay?

exception: FlexScript exception: Invalid row number: 1 in CalculatedTable1 at MODEL:/Tools/PerformanceMeasureTables/PerformanceMeasures>variables/performanceMeasures/2/Value/valueNode

In theory it's not a problem but still annoying. It's caused by the first row of the calculated table only being created after some time (depending on when the statistics collector is triggered for the first time).

To fix it navigate to the "Performance Measures" table. For the second row (AvgIntervalThroughput) use the pipette tool to sample the "CalculatedTable1" from the toolbox as reference. Then choose "Table value" from the list of options for the value field and make sure both row and column are set correctly to 1.

The error message should no longer appear.
