A new users gets this error message:

"I am trying to use Flexsim simulation software 19 version but I have trouble, I drag/drop fixed resources (source, queue, processor, sink) but I got an error message “this operation is not available in this version”.

Hi @Patrick Cloutier,

That could be a Runtime license in action. Object creation is disallowed in Runtime.

The user should send in a screenshot of their Help > About FlexSim popup. This will show what license version the software is currently in.
