What if I want to use the navigation tool on a building model that has more than 1 floor?

Yes, you can do this. You will have a separate grid for each floor. Connections between these can either be Elevator Bank objects or Bridge paths (you can think of these as stairs in this case). When a task executer is send to a different floor, it will automatically use the elevator or bridge that results in the shortest travel path.
