A* Navigation Member Enforced Distance

Is there a way to enforce a certain distance between (or ahead) of member of an A* navigation group? I have a customer wanting to add distance around the simulated AGV setup I have for them. Essentially they want a gridpoint in between AGVs. I looked at the agent system and Proximity behavior. Not sure how I would use this to pause an operator though. Thank you in advance.

Can you just change the grid size?

You could also consider using Agent Proximity Behaviors.

Alternative set up AGV Paths and use the AGV Navigator.
