2D model background problem

I need to upload a autocad file in the FlexSim, but these one is not appering. I'm already tryed to follow these steps (https://docs.flexsim.com/en/22.0/Using3DObjects/ImportingCAD/ImportingCAD.html) but didn't worked. What can be wrong?

OBS: The file is just a piece of my original file.

Hello @Maíra A,

When I check your DWG it is far from the origin. Can you try adjusting your DWG so that it is close to the orgin and then check that there are not stray lines in your DWG. You can do this by checking the extent of your DWG. If the view zooms to include more than your DWG then there is a stray line or something in that region the views zooms to include.

You also need to make sure all your layers are on, non frozen, and not locked. Another thing is that you need to save it as a 2018 version.

All of these things need to be done in AutoCAD.

The only thing to really check in FlexSim is the units.

From my perception, this is not the full CAD file. It was only a few lines which makes me think that you have other files that are referenced that I don't have. If you would like further help we would need the full CAD file.

Hi Maíra. I looked at your file and the problem can be the units, if your sharing with someone else it may chance the units from one computer to another. If you can send the entire file maybe we can look better and try to figure it out what is happening.
