2 Item on hanging conveyor ( One Holder and One Item)

There is 2 items in my hanging conveyor model. Holder will hold the transfer item and transfer when arrive the decision point. I noticed the time of transfer item is not a same due to the holder. Holder sometimes is not moving smoothly and cause this problem. Can anyone check my process flow. i am still new in flexsim simulation. thanks in advance.

Ohh Sorry, actually there several improvement and process that had been changed. When I check in the question, somehow the answer is not there. When I check my email, then I can access the answer.
