[ FlexSim 23.0.1 ]

Hello All,

Hey @Felix Möhlmann in my model I want that Robot pick 2 parts from Seperator and place them on AGV 1(on Tote) as you answer in earlier question. then AGV1 transfer this part to queue1. next part robot place part on AGV 2 and transfer to queue1. so AGV work one by one.

Please find the attached model 2 AGV Work in sequence.fsm

Thank you

Here's a solution. Note that I had to change the transport dispatcher trigger to not use transport if the condition port==2 is not met (seems like that should be a default if the condition is not met).

Thank you for your support @Jason Lightfoot but one thing is missing is that I want robot to place the part at trolley (Tote) and then AGV pull this trolley!..

Then attach a trailer and have the robot unload to the trailer

Adding items as trailers to task executers requires them to travel on an AGV network. It is not natively supported for free-form travel.

Adding an AGV network is a very basic task. You add the paths, then add control points next to the objects that the task executers will travel to. Connect those objects to the control point and connect the task executers to a control point as well, which is where they will start. You can also have a look at the respective tutorial.

I already provided an example of how to attach a trailer in this other question of yours.

Just connect them to the AGV control points to make them AGVs...
