1 conveyor to 2 conveyor - Distribute proportionally until a photoeye is blocked

Dear all,

I am traying to mount from 1 conveyor to 2 conveyor send the raw material proportionally until the second photoeye in each conveyor is blocked then only 1 conveyor available. When the first photoeye is clear then conveyor is available.

Something wrong in my logic in the decision point and photoeyes not working.

You could put both destinations on a list. The items are stopped until they can pull a destination. By pulling the values and then pushing them back the order will automatically be "Round Robin" because newly added values go to the bottom of the list and (if allowed) the first value will be pulled.

Whether a destination is available or not I would control with a label that gets set/reset in the PE triggers.
