in the terminal I have the following error

I already cleared the export queue and backburner folder

Please copy / paste the text of the error.  Opening files from the interwebs is not very secure these days...

Hi,

 

   Which version of the software are you using?

   There is an issue with similar looking errors and behavior that have been fixed in 2024.1.
