Good morning.
I would like to complain about a problem with your software. Today, when I turned it on, a message appeared indicating the software's next expiry (in 30 days). When I close the window to work the software crashes!
Already last month I lost a whole day's work due to a problem related to your change in the Accaunt's methodology, today there is another non-billable day .... who will reimburse me for 2 days of work? I'm really tired of your bad management and I have serious doubts about renewing the software I have been using for 25 years. I would appreciate your response in an acceptable time and the solution to the problem that is causing me a big problem with customers.
