Flame doesn't launch on the newest Mac Studio Ultra

It just a fresh install from Flame 2022 that refused to lunch after the project configuration, then uninstall and install a Flame 2023 that doesn't even launch after the installation, giving this kind of error.

Stone+Wire are in Red and so Wiretap Gateway

Sorry I thought it was solved by modifying the checklist inside security and privacy, it worked for Flame 2023 but I wanna run Flame 2022, and here I have a new error

I had the same issue. I installed Ventura 13.5.2 (this was the older OS) and this allowed me to launch Flame. I was desperate to get something working and I know this worked before. Ideally I would have found the issue with Sonoma but alas time didn't allow. I hope this helps.
