Outside of being able to make a case for a person, you're just voting on reels and/or running a popularity contest.
I want to hear about other ops, hear why people feel they should get the award. I want to know more about my community and I want the ability to make a case for who I think should win.
Good points Andy, hopefully in the future something like u are suggesting will be implemented, as with most awards though, flame aside it does come down to a popularity contest in the end
