Deleting any video file creates a ghost file that can't be deleted.

Hopefully someone can help me with this issue, thanks in advance!
Any video file generated in flame CAN'T be deleted (it creates a kind of ghost file) unless you reboot or if the video file is copied using the terminal it can then be deleted after a software restart
When exporting to the local home folder the file is deleted instantly
any other file format that's not video can be deleted immediately on any storage.
