Archive / Header expansion failed. Select online TOC?

Hi team,

Like many of us, I'm a full time Flame Op who is working for a post house from home. Unfortunately I won't be able to continue my work remotely (Teamviewer or Teradici) on a particular project so I needed to copy a Flame archive to my local machine at home so I could resume my work. I'm having an issue here when trying to open an archive and I wonder if somebody could please share a bit of advice?

I've created an archive from one Linux machine at the post office and downloaded everything via Filezilla (FTP client software) to my local machine at home where I'm running Flame on a mac. Both flames, the creator of the archive and the Flame where I'm trying to open it up are running same version 2020.3.1 which clears off the idea of not been compatible with one another.

When trying to open the archive an error message pops up: Header expansion failed. Select online  TOC?

Could it be a corruption on the header or segments file because I've used a FTP software?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much.

It's possible, if your FTP client was in ASCII mode instead of binary (or Auto, and it made the wrong decision.)

Look in the Transfer menu of Filezilla, under Transfer Type, and set it explicitly to Binary, then re-download the archive files and see what you get.
