Tool-Dominant Setup Ordering

Hello, 

I am running two setups at the same time, but FeatureCAM is ordering my toolpaths based on the setup, not the tool, so it runs every toolpath in the first setup before running everything in the second setup. Both setups use the same tools, so I would like to reduce cycle time by ordering my toolpaths based on tool changes. Problem is, in the Indexing tab the operation ordering options are greyed out so I cannot change them.

I think that we should know more things about your .fm file and all the files around your project ( I mean .cnc, fcam settings, etc,etc) to understand better your issue (or the fcam issue) but a direct answer to your question and your screenshot is that if you want to select the OPERATION ORDERING you have to select the 5th-AXIS POSITIONING.
