Struggles with support

Is anyone struggling with support the way I am? I don't like emailing a question and having a response time of two days. Instant chat works well if an agent is available.

If your subscription/ "maintenance plan" is up to date you can create a case/ticket.

  1. Go to your Autodesk. 
    1.  https://accounts.autodesk.com/Authentication/LogOn#username
  2. Sign In. 
  3. Select the management tab in the top center of the screen. 
  4. Hover your mouse over the support tab in the upper left. 
  5. Click "View my support cases". 
  6. This will take you to a site where you can create a case or view prior cases. It can take a day or two to respond; however, there is a phone number for "Express Service".  I have never used the phone service.
