Recent files wrong, s/f's disappear, tool cribs don't show tools.

So I'm at my wits end with FC.  Running 2024.0.1.13 and its constantly flaky.

Main issue currently is that speeds and feeds are just gone one day, here another.  I don't understand what is going on.  I'm the only that uses this pc, nothing has been changed but again today all drilling and tapping s/f's are gone, no matter what material. They worked yesterday?!   What actual files holds this information?  Is there some sort of logging I can turn on to see what is erroring or why they're all gone?

Recent files may or may  not actually show the most recent files.  I'll go to open a file I was working on a few hours ago, not there.

Tool cribs, again sometimes it works, sometimes not.  I use the "save crib with document".  I can open a document and the tools are there, but say I want to pull a tool from another crib, nope, shows the crib but it shows empty.  If you open that file, the tools are there. Again, what files actually hold this information?  If I can see the crib why does it act like its empty?

This shouldn't be that complicated, yet I fight with this weekly.   I've already removed all the autodesk programs and reinstalled.  Works for a bit, then back to this intermittent weirdness.

Looking for some direction here.

I would try right clicking on the FC icon and selecting "Run As Administrator"

I did try that, same outcome unfortunately.   The only speeds and feeds that are kept are those that are set per tool.  Everything else is gone, but will reappear randomly in a day or few.   Thats all drills, taps, and anything else that didn't specifically have s/f's associated with the tool.

Even weirder is that its only gone for certain types.  So all my hss drills are gone, there still seems to be s/f's for carbide drills, which I don't use.

The other think I noticed is that for some reason on random files it creates a separate material like it does with the crib.    So the part I have open now, that I worked on  yesterday and was created with material Steel 41xx, now shows that its using file_name_steel_41xx, which is really odd.

What file(s) hold the s/f tables?
