Problem with turning toolpath

I have some basic problems which I can't figure out why I can't solve it. I have one housing with stock material 0.0625 on a face, and .125 on a diameter and I would like to make my toolpath for roughing just like on an attached process.png file.

Please show/explain to me what I'm doing wrong. Is it a plain problem or something else.

Thanks for raising your query via Autodesk Forum.

I have modified the project and attached it here. Can you please go through it? There was nothing wrong with the project. Only I had to modify the toolpaths using boundaries in its roughing attributes. Also I had to modify the curves to match up with your requirement.
